Google Q&A with Metronomy

On Wednesday 12th Feb at 5pm GMT, Metronomy will allow their fans to get some answers surrounding their new single and upcoming album 'Love Letters' via a very special Google Hangout hosted by Adam Buxton on YouTube and featuring the legendary director of their upcoming video, Michel Gondry.

Gondry became known for his inventive visual style in early music videos for artists such as Bjork, Radiohead, Kylie Minogue, The White Stripes, Beck, Daft Punk, however soon he went on to develop documentaries, screen plays and feature films, of which he gained critical acclaim for Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind and later, The Science of Sleep. His most recent project is a hand-drawn animated documentary on famed linguist Noam Chomsky, entitled 'Is the man who is tall happy?'.

Having sunk comfortably into music video retirement, Metronomy are the sole act able to bring Gondry out and the results are a visual feast, a rare treat for both Metronomy and Gondry fans worldwide.

The first Google Hangout of its kind, viewers will, for the first time ever, be able to submit their questions for Joe and Michel in the comments section of the YouTube video using the hash tag #loveletters. The hangout will be streamed live from the Metronomy official YouTube channel here.

Additionally, on Valentine's Day (Friday Feb 14th) at 9am, fans will have the opportunity to buy a limited number of Field Day tickets + 'Love Letters' album (MP3 format) for the price of £50.  The offer will last for 24 hours only and will stop when all tickets are sold.  This exclusive package will be found here.
